An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. You install a data plan by scanning a QR code, with no plastic card to swap.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most iPhones from the XS onwards, recent Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy phones support eSIM. The phone must be unlocked.

When does my plan start?

Your plan starts the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it.

Can I keep my own number?

Yes. Your regular SIM stays in your phone for calls and texts while the eSIM handles mobile data.

How do I receive my eSIM?

By email, right after payment. You can also find it in your account.

Can I top up?

Yes. You can add data to the same eSIM from your account or with your ICCID number.
